Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation. During busy periods (holidays, promotional campaigns), processing time may be up to 3 business days.
Shipping Time
- Romania: 2-4 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
Shipping Costs
- Romania: Free shipping for orders over 200 RON. Below this value, shipping cost is 20 RON.
- Europe: Shipping cost is calculated based on package weight and destination.
Courier Delivery
All orders are shipped via express courier services. You will receive an email with your tracking number immediately after dispatch.
Safe Delivery
