Return and Refund Policy

CB-Creation SRL respects consumer rights according to GEO no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, without needing any justification if the product has not undergone any modification.

2. How to initiate a return

1. Send an email to cbcandle11@gmail.com with the subject "Order return #[order number]"
2. Indicate the product you wish to return and the reason
3. You will receive return instructions within a maximum of 24 business hours

3. Return conditions

• The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging
• Personalized or unsealed hygienic products cannot be returned
• Lit candles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

4. Return cost

The return cost is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.

5. Refund

After receiving and checking the returned product, you will receive the refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the order.

6. Defective or wrongly delivered products

If you have received a defective or wrong product, contact us immediately at cbcandle11@gmail.com with a photo of the product. We will cover the return costs and send a new product or refund the full amount.
